WEBMASTER SERVICES

Without someone strategically reviewing your website and making updates, your website becomes old and outdated. Once people visit your website a few times and notice that nothing has changed, they quit coming back.

Our Webmaster Services are monthly service contracts that provide a professional level of ongoing website maintenance. They are designed to help keep your website updated and fresh. Coupling our Webmaster Services with our attention to detail will help guarantee that the quality of your website remains the same as the day your site was launched.

Our rates below are very competitive and offer a valuable discount from our hourly “a la carte” pricing. In order to take advantage of these savings, all Webmaster Service Levels will require a 3 month minimum contract.

		Standard features for webmaster services
		Monitor, improve and update performance of website
		Technical support as needed
		Quick response time (48-hour turnaround for updates)
		Add/edit/remove sections, pages, and email addresses
		Website graphic design (not custom logos)
		Image processing (which includes resizing, compressing, and optimizing images)
		Link checking & repair
		Sermon Uploads & Oversight of Podcasting
		Uploading ministry calendars and church bulletins

*Unused portions of monthly Webmaster Service time may not be carried over to the following month.
*Additional hours will be charged $85/hour. Overage time MUST BE approved by client prior to work being completed.
*Updates submitted during regular business week (Monday – Friday) will be updated within 48 hours.
*Updates submitted over the weekend (Friday after 5pm – Sunday) will be updated within 72 hours.
